What is the shelf life/expiration of my product?
The formulation products in water and oil, from which the client receives it, have a 4 to 6 month shelf life. Oil cosmetics from receiving it have 8 to one year of life.
Should I refrigerate my products?
It is recommended that the formulas in w/o be in a cool place that does not get direct sunlight, as well as the formulas in oil. Most of our cosmetics come with bubbles to avoid contamination.
How long until I see results?
From the first three to four weeks, results will be seen in the texture of the skin.
Is your collection safe for pregnancy and children?
Most cosmetics are free of essential oils, alcohol, parabens, and synthetic perfumes. Read the ingredients or if you still have questions, send us an email or, failing that, a text message, we will be happy to help you.
Are these fragrances oil or alcohol based?
Our fragrances are in plant-based Oil that not only provides an exceptional aroma, but also the benefits. They are free of derivatives or synthetic ingredients. Aromatherapy is added to their formulation.
Do you still create custom formulas or can a product be modified for me?
If none of our cosmetics on the sideboard work on your skin. You can communicate and explain to us what the alteration of your skin is, based on your information we can work on a special formula for you. It should be noted that there will be additional costs to the regular price.
